How the Azucar Tequila tour sign-in uses your details. Last updated October 16, 2026.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and date of birth.
- Whether you confirmed you are 21 or older, and whether you agreed to hear from Azucar Tequila.
- Which tour stop you signed in at, and when a brand ambassador checked your pass at the door.
- Basic technical details your browser sends, such as its type and version.
Why
- To give you a pass for the event and let our team confirm you are 21+ before sampling. Staff still check ID.
- To count attendance at each tour stop.
- Only if you ticked the box and are 21 or older: to email you Azucar Tequila news, events and offers. We record the wording you agreed to and when.
Who sees it
Azucar Tequila and the event agency that runs the tour for it. We do not sell your details. Our service providers (for example website hosting and email delivery) process them only on our behalf.
On your phone
We set one cookie so this phone remembers your pass, and keep a copy of the pass on the phone so it opens without signal. Tap “Not you? Start over” on the pass to remove both. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
- Every Azucar email has an unsubscribe link.
- To correct your details, sign in again with the same email.
- To have your details deleted, ask a brand ambassador at any tour stop or reply to any Azucar email.
21+ only
The tour and our marketing are for adults of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly send marketing to anyone under 21, and do not use under-21 sign-ins for marketing.
